Character: Darjeeling is a “champagne” district of India. The tea grows at the edges of Himalayan Mountains, and due to weather and altitudes tea production is limited. You are about to experience the highest quality organic Darjeeling that has muscatel notes. It is invigorating, complex and slightly astringent. Wonderful choice for continental breakfast or afternoon tea, compliments spicy foods, poultry, and fish. Makes great glass of ice tea. Goes well with milk, sugar, lemon and mint.

Steeping Instructions: Heat purified or spring water to 212 F (100C). Add 1 heaping spoon of tea to a 8 oz of water. Steep 3-5 minutes. After steeping remove the tea to prevent bitter taste.
